Redevco and Swiss Finance & Property have secured planning consent for a landmark 391-unit Build-to-Rent (BTR) scheme at Minerva Way, Finnieston. InDev, led by Simon Russian, has been supporting Redevco and SFP as Development Manager. This exciting development will transform the 1.6-hectare site into two modern residential buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped spaces, setting a new standard for sustainable urban living in Glasgow.
The project prioritises sustainability at every step, targeting Net Zero carbon in operation. Features include air source heat pumps, EV charging points, and industry-leading environmental performance, demonstrating a commitment to delivering homes fit for the future.
Achieving planning consent represents a significant milestone and reflects the hard work of the entire project team, led by CBRE Planning ( Kate Donald), and Cooper Cromar’s Steven Carroll and Deborah McKay. The consent follows a collaborative design process with Glasgow City Council’s planning team.
InDev is delighted to have supported Redevco and SFP in reaching this key stage of such an important project, which will help to address Glasgow’s growing housing needs in a high-demand area. We look forward to the next steps in bringing this vision to life.
