We are delighted to welcome Simon Russian, a leading Development Management specialist, as our new Development Director.

Simon brings extensive experience in commercial and residential development,  regeneration and asset management. He was formerly a Development Director at Redevco and prior to that, was Head of Retail Development and Head of Retail at Legal and General. 

Simon has successfully led a number of UK projects, focusing on redevelopment and regeneration, including major projects in Bracknell, Eastbourne, Glasgow and Oxford. Simon’s skills and experience make him a valuable addition to our team, joining Andrew Dakin, Alastair Crowdy, Mike McGuinness, and Guy Wells.

Simon joins the team at a significant time for the business, with Topgolf retaining InDev as their UK Development & Project Manager and a growing list of medium to long term regeneration projects soon to follow.
