InDev team expands with the arrival of Mike McGuinness and Guy Wells.

We are delighted to announce the expansion of our team with the addition of two seasoned development professionals, Mike McGuinness and Guy Wells. With their wealth of experience and expertise in both development and project management, we’re able to offer real depth to the range of services we provide our growing client base and diverse range of projects.

Mike has over 35 years experience in the industry working for the likes of Land Securities, Hammerson, Multiplex and Capital and Regional. In recent years, Mike has led and delivered major city centre and out of town retail/mixed-use projects. A key area of focus has been on major London regeneration projects working with Local Borough Councils, TFL, Network Rail, GLA and the private sector.

Guy, formerly Development Director at Hammerson, has extensive experience in the leisure, retail, office, industrial and distribution sectors. He led the development of a number of Hammerson’s schemes including the award-winning Union Square Shopping Centre in Aberdeen, as well as development extensions at The Bullring, Birmingham, Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow and Watermark Westquay in Southampton.

Mike and Guy join the team, led by Founding Directors, Andrew Dakin and Alastair Crowdy, at a significant time for the business, with Topgolf retaining InDev as their UK Development & Project Manager and a growing list of medium to long term regeneration projects soon to follow.

Andrew said: “We are thrilled to welcome Mike and Guy to the InDev family and continue our drive to build a team renowned for their collaborative and collegiate way of working in partnership with both the public and private sector.

Their diverse skill sets and unrivalled track records delivering complicated long-term regeneration projects across a variety of sectors across the UK, strengthens our team & profile of our business in the market place ensuring we have the very best people in place to deliver for our growing client base. ”
